Placing Your Order

Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping details. Please double-check your address and contact number to ensure a smooth, delay-free delivery.
Payment:
Select your preferred payment method. We proudly offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, allowing you to pay with ease once your package arrives.
Delivery Timelines
We partner with premium courier services to ensure your Zarnoor packages reach you safely.
Standard Delivery: You can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 7 days after it has been processed and dispatched.
Holiday Exclusions: Please note that our 3 to 7-day shipping window excludes weekends and all national holidays. Orders placed on or immediately before a national holiday will be processed on the next standard working day.
Order Confirmation
The moment you complete your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation via email and SMS. This message will include your unique order number and a summary of your selected items. If you do not see this confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or reach out to our support team.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
We know that sometimes plans change. If you need to update your delivery address, add an item, or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Because we aim to process all orders within 1 to 2 business days, changes can only be accommodated before your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Tracking Your Order
We believe in keeping you updated every step of the way.
Dispatch Notification: Once your package is handed over to our premium courier partners, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email and SMS.
Your Tracking Number: This notification will contain your unique tracking ID and a direct link to the courier’s tracking portal.
Live Updates: Simply enter your tracking ID on the courier’s website to monitor your delivery status in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the courier’s portal after you receive our message.
Delivery Reminder
As a reminder, we offer 100% Free Shipping on all domestic orders. You can expect your Zarnoor package to arrive within 3 to 7 days after it has been dispatched, excluding weekends and national holidays.
