Free Domestic Shipping
We are proud to offer 100% Free Shipping on all domestic orders across Pakistan. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden fees—the price you see for our unstitched fabrics is the price you pay.
Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer COD nationwide. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
Delivery Timelines
We partner with premium courier services to ensure your Zarnoor packages reach you safely.
Standard Delivery: You can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 7 days after it has been processed and dispatched.
Holiday Exclusions: Please note that our 3 to 7-day shipping window excludes weekends and all national holidays. Orders placed on or immediately before a national holiday will be processed on the next standard working day.
Order Processing Time
Standard Processing: All orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
Notification: You will receive a notification email or SMS containing your tracking details once your order has officially shipped.
Peak Seasons: During major sales, festive seasons, or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, our team will notify you promptly.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number on our courier partner’s website to check the live status of your delivery.
Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is completely accurate at checkout. Zarnoor is not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
