Return and Exchange Policy

At Zarnoor — The lifestyle, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our unstitched collections and want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we are proud to offer a seamless, “no questions asked” return and exchange approach.
Please read the guidelines below to understand how to initiate a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
Timeframe: You must initiate the return or exchange within [Insert Number, e.g., 7 or 14] days of receiving your order.
Original Condition: The product must remain undamaged, unused, and completely in its original packaging.
Unaltered Fabric: The unstitched cloth must not be cut, washed, shrunk, or altered in any way.
Complete Components: All additional components included in your purchase—such as patches, laces, threads, and any promotional gift products—must be returned fully intact along with the main fabric.
If the returned item does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to decline the return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and let us know you would like to process a return or exchange.
Pack Your Items: Carefully pack the unaltered fabric, original packaging, and all accompanying accessories (laces, patches, gifts) into a secure shipping box or flyer.
Ship It Back: Send the package to the return address provided by our support team.

Please note that customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Zarnoor cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit. Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.
Processing Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality assurance team to confirm it meets our eligibility requirements, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment or provided as a bank transfer (in the case of Cash on Delivery orders).
Please allow [Insert Number, e.g., 5-7] business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we have processed it.
Processing Your Exchange
If you requested an exchange, our team will dispatch your replacement item as soon as the returned product is received and inspected. Standard delivery timelines of 3 to 7 days will apply to the newly dispatched package.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
